After retirement from the active ministry, Pastor Warren worked for the Rip Van Winkle Boy Scout Council as a District Executive and was Camp Director at Camp Trimount for two years. ![]() where he was a member and honored there in July 2014 for his 60th Anniversary of Ordination in the Evangelical Lutheran Church of America. In retirement he filled the role of supply pastor at a number of local Lutheran churches including St. (where he was instrumental in the construction of the church with the congregation) St. After that he served various parishes in New York a joint parish of Hartwick Seminary, Cooperstown and St. ![]() Pastor Warren graduated from Middletown High School, attended Clarkson University, graduated from Wagner College and The Lutheran Seminary at Philadelphia. He was born at home, Octoin Winterton, New York to the late Walter and Dorothy (Koerner) Warren. Warren, 92, of Saugerties NY, died in the Lord on Thursday December 24th 2020 at The Pines of Catskill Nursing Home.
